This calculator defines pallet gross weight as product net weight plus pallet tare plus per-pallet packaging extras such as wrap or a top cap.
When a total box quantity does not divide evenly, full pallets and the final tail pallet have different weights. The per-pallet limit is checked against the heaviest calculated pallet, not the average.
No. Published product weights are approximate and real tare varies with moisture, age, repairs and configuration. Use a measured tare whenever possible.
No. The result is a planning calculation. Confirm pallet condition, handling-equipment limits, vehicle payload, axle distribution, route rules and carrier requirements before loading.
